Why did the customer contact us?
Customer woke up to wet feet while walking across the bedroom. They called their plumber and found a broken pipe in the wall. Their neighbor recommended PDQ.
Solutions provided:
PDQ quickly arrived and did a through water damage assessment. The carpeting on the stairs and downstairs bedroom was wet and required to be removed in order to dry correctly so they would not get mold. Containment was set up immediately and the affected materials were removed. The remaining structure was cleaned and sanitized back to a cat 1 condition. Air movers were then setup along with air scrubbers and dehumidification to dry the property to the dry standard. It tool 5 days to complete.
