In-Person Mold Inspection with Estimate - $200

Best for: Homeowners who can see visible mold

Includes:

  • Physical, in-person visual inspection by a trained technician.
  • Detailed photos documenting the affected areas.
  • Penetrating and non-penetrating moisture readings, photographed for reference.
  • Relevant Temperature and Humidity Readings documentation.
  • Professional photo documentation report.
  • Written remediation protocol based in IICRC standard of care and OSHA
  • Detailed estimate provided to match protocol.

$200 inspection fee is credited toward remediation if PDQ is hired for the job.

Additional Services: Indoor Air Quality/Surface Testing - $395 (Includes 3 Lab Tested Air Samples)

Best for: Homeowners who do not see mold but suspect it due to odor, symptoms, or past water damage.

Includes:

  • Comprehensive indoor air test.
  • Minimum of 3 samples required – 1 in the affected area(s), 1 in non-affected area and 1 outside for a control sample.
    • $85 additional per surface/air sample
  • Certified laboratory results from an accredited facility.
  • Lab results typically takes 2-4 business days for results. Expedited analysis available upon request for an additional fee.

    • Surface Sampling: Swabbing or cutting materials to test for mold presence.
    • Lab Analysis: Samples sent to a certified lab to identify the type and quantity of mold.
  • Analysis: Lab results help assess contamination levels and potential health risks.
  • Report: A comprehensive protocol based on the IICRC standard of care as well as OSHA regulations is provided with findings and actionable recommendations, with remediation steps.
