When our Project Managers arrived at the home in Long Valley, New Jersey, they assessed the damages with the Homeowner. They explained the plan of remediation. The Homeowner was happy to hear that we could work and bill their insurance company, Encompass, directly. Our IICRC-certified technicians started by setting up our dying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They moved the unaffected items to a dry room. They removed and bagged the damaged material. Our team visited their home everyday for 5 days to look after the drying process.
