The team carefully removed sections of the affected walls to access and repair the broken shower body. Mold remediation was performed to eliminate the growth, and industrial-grade dehumidifiers were deployed to dry out the structure and prevent further moisture buildup. The project took five days to complete, and PDQ worked directly with Lucas’s insurance provider to cover the majority of the costs, leaving him responsible only for the deductible. Thanks to PDQ’s prompt and professional service, Lucas’s home was restored, ensuring no hidden mold or water damage remained.

We arrived to the Client's home in Ho Ho Kus, New Jersey within the hour. We assessed the damaged area and discussed our remediation plan with the homeowners. They were pleased to know we could work directly with their insurance company, Cumberland Mutual. The Team set up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to start the drying process. We sealed off the affected area and packed up their unaffected items and moved it to a dry area of their home. We removed, bagged and disposed of all the affected material.
