The warping required careful attention, so damaged boards were removed and replaced to restore the floor’s original look. The team also conducted thorough moisture checks around the door and walls to ensure no residual dampness remained in hidden areas. Over the course of five days, PDQ worked closely with Zayn’s insurance company to cover the majority of the costs, leaving him responsible only for his deductible. By the end of the process, Zayn’s home was returned to its pre-flood condition, with new floorboards and no lingering water issues.

When we got to the home in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, we noticed there was a lot of personal property that was affected. We packed up the content and moved it to an unaffected area. We worked with her insurance company, All State on making sure the claim was closed out.
