He was happy to learn we could handle everything with their insurance company on their behalf. Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up the drying equipment; high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls. They then sealed off the affected area in their living room, packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their home. They then removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials. We visited their home each day to look after the drying process.
