We experienced a fire early morning on a Sunday, and during a COVID-19 Pandemic. We called our insurance company and PDQ the same day and without hesitation Elizabeth and Tim showed up at our house immediately to provide a free estimate and workable solutions to all the problems created by the fire! In our opinion, PDQ’s response is second to none. My wife and I never experienced such great service so fast!
During the restoration process they’re always prompt and maintain constant communication about all activities taking place at any given moment. There were no surprises at all but just good service providing peace of mind in every respect. Everything they claim to do, they do, and that’s very rare these days. If you have insurance, PDQ will handle everything with the insurance company inception of the claim to completion.
