Why did the customer contact us?

Don called PDQ Restoration to come to his house in Randolph, NJ after the electrical panel in his basement lit on fire. When the panel lit on fire smoke was spread throughout the basement and to the rest of the house. Don asked PDQ to remove all affected structure around the electrical panel. He also asked for all soot residue and smoke odor be removed from the rest of the house.

When PDQ arrived at the house in Randolph, NJ the first thing to do was place equipment on all floors of the house. This included dehumidifiers, HEPA air filter, and hydroxyl machines. These began to deodorize and remove the soot particles from the air. Afterwards the demolition of the affected structure began and the cleaning of the soot off the rest of the house as well. Then all textiles were sent to a cleaning company as well.
