Samantha from Livingston, NJ called PDQ Restoration to come to her house to check out a burst pipe that happened in her finished basement. The burst pipe resulted in the carpeted section being wet and damp throughout the basement. The sheetrock and walls as well were also wet to the touch. She asked PDQ to come to her house in Livingston in order to dry out the basement and clean her belongings that had been damaged.

When PDQ arrived at Samantha's house in Livingston, NJ the first that was done was stabilization of the house by placing fans and dehumidifiers. Afterwards the PDQ team extracted the water from the carpet and basement. Then the contents division came in order to sanitize and clean all affected contents. When the stabilization was done the PDQ team came to check daily in order to monitor the humidity and moisture levels of the carpet and walls until it met the dry standard taking from the living room above.
