Liam from Denville, NJ called PDQ after a waste line had broken in their main floor bathroom resulting in sewage leaking into their unfinished basement full of contents. He described the damage as fecal matter and poop covering boxes in storage along with children's toys. He wanted the basement contents to be sanitized and cleaned as best as possible.

When PDQ arrived at the house in Denville, NJ extraction of the fecal matter was the first step. As this was a Cat 3 loss proper PPE was worn by all PDQ employees. After the sewage was removed the PDQ contents division came in order to begin cleaning and storing all contents. After the basement was sanitized humidifiers, air scrubbers, and fans were placed in order to begin the drying portion of the job.
