Why did the customer contact us?

Aaron P. from Morris Plains contacted PDQ Restoration regarding a leak that had started in his basement. He described the basement as very humid and that there was wet sheetrock and insulation as well. He was looking for a restoration company specifically familiars with Morris Plains and working with insurance companies. He was worried that the damp air would result in further water damage and was looking for everything to be cleaned and sanitized.

Solutions provided:

PDQ Restoration arrived at Aaron P.'s house in Morris Plains and initially started on stabilization and content pack out. This included removing all standing water and placing the appropriate amount of fans and dehumidifiers. Afterwards PDQ answered all of Aaron's questions and made daily checks on the status of the drying. PDQ was able to return all affected areas to the original dry standard of the unaffected areas. The humidity and original damp atmosphere were returned to normal.
