A property owner in Madison, NJ came back from the weekend and there was a leak upstairs from the bathroom and noticed water coming from their ceiling. They called their insurance and their adjuster recommended PDQ.

Solutions provided:

PDQ immediately dispatched a mitigation truck. The technician did a through moisture inspection and came up with a drying plan. They set up containment, removed the affected drywall and sanitized the area. Dehumidifiers and air movers along with an air scrubber were set up to dry the property.
