Hazel was dealing with a severe fire and smoke loss. The cause of the fire was a candle that had been knocked over. This had started a fire in the bedroom which had quickly spread to most parts of the house leaving behind significant fire and smoke damage. A strong layer of soot was present in nearly every room.
Solutions provided:
PDQ came in with a team to first document all rooms and contents. After, a professional cleaning team came and used a top down approach to thoroughly clean all rooms and surfaces. The HVAC system was professionally cleaned, clothes were sent to a specialized dry cleaner. Hydroxyls were placed in the home to get rid of the soot odor.
