Todd reached out to PDQ due to a mold problem. The mold was growing in the second-floor bathroom closet. It was due to a small leak in a pipe above the bathroom closet.

Solutions provided:

PDQ removed the walls and insulation in the bathroom closet. The pipe was fixed by a plumber. An air scrubber was run to collect any dust in the air from the demolition. Mold killer was sprayed on all exposed studs.
