Why did the customer contact us?

James reached out due to a fire that happened in his living room. It was caused by overheating equipment in the fish tank. The living room suffered significant fire damage. A layer of soot was left throughout the house. The fire station had to come and soak the living room which also caused some water damage.

Solutions provided:

PDQ first addressed the water problem by extracting any and all water. After this PDQ addressed the fire damage by removing all affected contents and then by cleaning all surfaces leaving no soot behind. Windows had to be temporarily boarded up as well.
