The homeowner from Millburn, NJ called saying groundwater was leaking into his basement and was 2-3 inches deep. A storage area in the basement used for belongings had suffered serious water damage. The owner suspected that the sump pump had failed.

Solutions provided:

PDQ removed all standing water at the home in Millburn, New Jersey. This was a difficult task, as water kept recollecting in the area of the sump pump pit. We removed a rug that was damaged. We sprayed the area with micro-ban over a 25sq ft area. PDQ then set up drying equipment.
