PDQ contained the damaged areas in the kitchen and family room and completed water damage mitigation at the home in Morristown, New Jersey.
The PDQ team searched for additional mold evidence on the ceiling in the living room/kitchen. Moisture was detected in the subfloor which required fans to be installed from the ceiling.
The water-damaged carpet was pulled up during demolition and removed.
