Our Team arrived at the home in Califon, New Jersey and assessed the situation with the Homeowner. They explained the process and started work immediately.

They placed dehumidifiers and air scrubbers in both the bedroom and the boiler room.

They installed 5 injecta dry mats in the bedroom upstairs. In boiler room, they made cuts in ceiling and wall to remove damaged materials. Insulation was found in the ceiling; it was wet and removed.

The base molding in the boiler room was removed undamaged and put to the side. 2 air movers pointed up and 1 fan pointed at affected area in boiler room.

The equipment was removed when the dry standards were met.
