When our Project Managers arrived within 60 minutes of the Client's call at the home in Roxbury, New Jersey, they thoroughly assessed the damages along with the Homeowners. They were delighted to know it would be covered by insurance and that we could bill and work directly with Pure Insurance, their insurance company.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying their basement. We packed up their unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of their basement. With the Client's permission, we recorded and documented the disposal of non-salvageable items. We removed, bagged and disposed of the affected materials. Antimicrobial solution was applied to all affected areas. We visited their home each day to look after the drying process. It took 3 days to dry their home.
