The customer from Pompton Lakes, NJ contacted PDQ asking for help. The condo upstairs from her had a leak and it came through her ceiling affecting her living room, dining room and kitchen.

When we got to the home in Pompton Lakes, New Jersey, we noticed there was a lot of personal property that was affected. We packed up the content and moved it to an unaffected area.
The wet carpeting was removed. The affected ceilings and walls were removed. The affected areas were cleaned and Antimicrobial was applied. The walls were dried with air movers and dehumidifiers.
We worked with her insurance company, All State on making sure the claim was closed out.
