The Client from Montville, NJ found us through a Google search. She said her HVAC Unit was leaking. It was causing water damage to partially finished basement. When she called she said there was standing water of 1 1/2 inches. Unsure if the basement bedroom was affected.

When we arrived in Montville, New Jersey, we assessed the damages with the homeowner, luckily the bedroom was not affected. We discussed our remediation plan with the homeowner. She was pleased to learn we could work directly with her insurance company, Stillwater insurance.

Our IICRC-certified technicians started immediately by setting up high-velocity air movers, commercial dehumidifiers, HEPA air scrubbers and hydroxyls to begin drying her basement. We packed up her unaffected content and moved it to a dry area of her basement. We sealed off the affected area. We removed, bagged and disposed of affected materials.
We visited her home each day to look after the drying process. It took only 3 days to completely dry out her home!
